1. Overview
Baseline Institute LLC (“Baseline Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational programs, workshops, and related materials designed to support personal insight, self-regulation, and applied learning.
By enrolling in or purchasing any program offered by Baseline Institute, including RECLAIM, you (“Participant,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or participate.
2. Educational / Non-Clinical Nature of Services: All programs offered by Baseline Institute are educational in nature.
• Baseline Institute does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, or clinical diagnosis.
• Participation does not establish a provider–patient, therapist–client, or clinician–client relationship.
• Program content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you are experiencing acute distress, crisis, or require immediate mental health support, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care.
3. Eligibility
Programs are intended for:
• Adults age 18 or older
• Individuals who are able to engage in group-based educational experiences
• Individuals who are not currently in acute crisis or requiring immediate clinical intervention
Baseline Institute reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if a program is not an appropriate fit.
4. Program Structure & Participation
Programs may include:
• Live group sessions
• Guided practices
• Educational materials
• Group discussion
Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own engagement, boundaries, and decisions.
Results are not guaranteed, and outcomes vary by individual.
5. Payment, Pricing, and Installments
• Program prices are listed at the time of enrollment.
• Payment plans, if offered, are installment arrangements and not lending or financing products.
• You agree to complete all required payments according to the selected option.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Refund Policy
Refund terms, if any, are disclosed at the point of enrollment or in program-specific materials.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once a program has begun.
7. Confidentiality & Group Conduct
Baseline Institute respects participant privacy.
Because programs may involve group interaction:
• You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.
• You agree not to share, record, or distribute group discussions or participant information.
Baseline Institute cannot guarantee the actions of other participants but sets clear expectations for respectful conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All program materials, content, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of Baseline Institute LLC.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Baseline Institute is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.
• You assume full responsibility for your participation and application of any information provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
